Course description

Dynamic behavior of mechanical systems: modeling, analysis techniques, and applications; vibrations of single- and multidegree- of-freedom systems; feedback control systems. Computer simulation of vibration and control systems.

Students must enroll in MAE 4900 for 1 credit the following Spring semester after taking this summer course, and attend just the lab portion of MAE 3260 in order to fulfill the MAE 3260 graduation requirement..

Prerequisites

MATH 2930, MATH 2940, MAE 2030. M.E. majors, all others by permission of instructor.
