Before you start
Attend an orientation
Student and their parent/guardian will receive information regarding an on-campus orientation for the session(s) in which they are enrolled, during which Precollege staff will share important information and host an optional campus tour.
- For students in Three-week Session 1: Saturday, May 30, 2026 | 1:00 p.m. | Location TBD
- For students in Three-week Session 2 and the Six-week Session: Saturday, June 20, 2026 | 1:00 p.m. | Statler Hall 196

During the program, students will be invited to a lunch with Precollege staff to discuss academics, ask questions, and connect with other commuter students.
Your course(s) will appear in the Student Center about 7 to 10 days before your class starts. (Note: If you check your course in the Student Center, you’ll notice there’s a “hold” on your account. This simply indicates that if you want to make a course change, you must contact the Precollege Studies office.)
