Earn up to four credits in three weeks during Summer Session

School of Continuing Education and Summer Sessions, May 8, 2017

Three-week session, May 31–June 23, leaves plenty of time for work and play

Having summer plans to work, travel, or visit friends and family doesn't have to preclude taking a Summer Session course at Cornell. Only three weeks long, the first session begins May 31 and ends June 23—just as summer officially begins.

Students can fulfill requirements, accelerate their degrees, ease their fall or spring course load, and still have time for other summer activities. More than two dozen departments offer courses in a wide range of subjects, from art and economics to politics and yoga. A complete list of three-week offerings can be found on the Summer Session website.
